This item is printed by a trusted third company and sent from outside the uk from the nearest warehouse to your shipping address, meaning all orders include a tracking number.

How to Order
To re-buy an item with a portrait you have previously bought, all you need is either your previous order number or your full name that you used for that order so I can find it!

You don’t need to email this to me, either put it in the custom box where asked, or in the comment box at checkout. If there are any issues I will contact you!

Some re-buy items include shipping as they are printed and shipped by a trusted third company, make sure to check the product information to find out!
Multiple Pets
When selecting the number of pets, this will be for the number of pets on your item.

If you would like separate items of each pet (example; a keychain of each pet rather than two pets on one keychain) change the quantity of the item to the number of items you would like.

Revisions & Approval
You can make unlimited revisions to your pet portrait until it's printed and shipped.

Your pet portrait will be sent to your email to confirm you're happy with it before printing.

You have 10 working days to request any changes. If I don't hear back within 10 days, the portrait will be printed and shipped as it is and you can no longer make any changes.
Digital Copy
When you order a digital pet portrait from Skittlesketch, you will receive a digital version of it through email. You can use this for personal purposes like phone wallpapers, prints, and so on.

However, if you intend to use it for merchandise, branding, or any other commercial use, please inform me beforehand, as I charge a small fee for that service.

1. Multiple photos - the more photos, angles, and lighting the better! But remember if you have a specific photo you would like drawn, please let me know when you send the photos.

Standard Shipping (Sent First Class - no tracking number) - 1 to 3 Working Days Tracked Shipping (Signed for - with tracking number) - Next Working Day We are not liable for any lost mail if sent with Standard shipping. As they are only estimated times, the delivery may vary during certain times of the year or under other circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal services or customs. Free Tracked shipping is available on orders over £40.00
Europe Shipping Times

These are estimated shipping times for the arrival of your order after it has been drawn and dispatched. Standard Shipping (no tracking number) Shipping - 7-14 Working Days Tracked Shipping (With tracking number) - 5-7 Working Days We are not liable for any lost mail if sent with Standard shipping. As they are only estimated times, the delivery may vary during certain times of the year or under other circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal services or customs. Free Tracked shipping is available on orders over £40.00 (approx. €47-€50 Euros)

Where do I send my pictures to?

If you have placed a custom order please send your pet pictures (or any other pictures needed for your order) to contact@skittlesketch.co.uk with your order number! Alternatively, you can reply to your confirmation email with your pictures!
Who is sending my order?

Some items are fulfilled by a third party and sent from countries outside of the UK (as we unfortunately don't have the printing facilities for certain items.) Depending In the description of each item at the top, it will tell you if is fulfilled by me or a third party. Anything that is fulfilled by a third party has free tracked shipping, so you will be able to see where your order is at all times once it has been shipped. But for a general idea, all t-shirts, mugs, jumpers, and other apparel are sent by Printful. other handmade items are sent by me!
When will my order be shipped? How long does it take to make?

You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped. Please take into account the time it takes to make your order before shipping is stated in the description of each item or at the top of each product page. Remember if you do not respond to confirm you are happy with your portrait this will delay printing and shipping your order - so watch your emails! Fulfilment times are available at the top of any of the product's pages, this is an estimated time it will take for your order to be drawn.
Will my order be shipped together if I order something fulfilled by Skittlesketch and your printing company?

unfortunately, they will arrive as two separate packages, one from me, and one from our printing company, so they may also arrive on different days! Although, all items that are sent from our printing centers have free tracked shipping included in the price, so you will be able to see where it is at all times.
My order is lost \ My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?"

If you order has been sent with Standard/Free delivery is can take up to 14 days (Uk) or 42 days (anywhere outside the UK) for your item to arrive. If you have purchased your order with standard shipping, this is with the knowledge that this order is not tracked nor insured by postal services. We are not liable for lost or damaged mail with standard shipping. For orders purchased with tracked shipping, if your order appears lost and has been 14 working days (Mon-Fri not including Holidays or weekends) please contact Skittlesketch through social media or email for us to open a case with Royal Mail to find out where your order has gone, in the meantime we will resend your order to you immediately! If your order is marked as delivered and you still have not received your order, this is unfortunately out of our hands and you will have to contact your local post office or police station if you believe your order has been stolen. If you have a police reference number for your stolen mail, we will be more than happy to help and send you a replacement! If you have a tracking number, please contact your local post office to see if they can update you. If not, just drop me a message or email and I will help you as much as I can!
My order has arrived damaged

If the buyer has purchased their order with standard shipping, this is with the knowledge that this order is not insured by postal services. We are not liable for damaged mail with standard shipping. For orders that have been purchased with Tracked Shipping, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to me within 3 days after you have recieved your order.
