How to Order
Ordering your own pet portrait is as easy as counting to 4! Check out below for all of your answers on how to get your paws on your pet's own goodies!

There are plenty of custom pet portrait items available to choose from, from stickers to bags! If there's something you can't see that you're interested in make sure to contact us to see what we can do for you!

Send Us Your Photos!
Once you have placed your order, it's nearly time to relax!
But first, we need your adorable pet photos so we can use them to draw from! Please send them over to contact@skittlesketch.co.uk along with your order number/full name - or alternatively, you can reply to your order confirmation email with your photos so we can get started!
You can send as many photos as you like, just make sure they are well lit and of good quality, so I can make sure to get your portrait as accurate as possible! Any further descriptions of your pets are a great way for us to include any details I might not see in photos!
I understand that getting good photos of pets that have passed or of our childhood fur-iends is a bit difficult. In that case please send your photos prior to placing your order so I can double-check that I can work with them.

Confirm you like your portrait!
You'll receive an email from me once you have sent your photos across just to confirm that your order is in the works!
Once your order has been drawn I will send you an email with your portrait order to confirm you are happy with it before it is printed or marked as fulfilled. Here you can make changes to your portrait to make sure it is purrrrr-fect!
Please make sure to keep an eye out for our emails! Any delays in responding to our emails can cause your order to be put on hold as we do not print without confirmation that you are happy with your order.
If you would like a more accurate time frame for when you should expect your order to be sent out, please contact us and we can let you know the closest estimated time for your order!
