To keep our products as affordable as possible, the customer is responsible for paying any customs fees.

Customs fees can be confusing! But each country has its own rules, regulations, and prices which you can find easily with a quick search on the internet. If you need any help contact me so I can make your pet portrait process as easy as possible.

I am based and shipping from the UK. Anywhere outside of the UK including Europe and the Republic of Ireland may have to pay customs fees. 

The printing company I use has warehouses shipping from the UK, Europe, USA, and Canada, for; Sweatshirts, T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, pillows, blankets, mugs, phone cases, bandanas, and baby & kids clothing. Items are sent from the closest available warehouse, to try and avoid custom fees but they may still apply.
