All Baubles are painted with acrylic paint and sealed with clear sealant to avoid is scratching off or being damaged. The baubles are filled with biodegradable glitter, stuck on the inside with gloss sealant. They are in two parts, so you can take them apart if you wish to fill them up with whatever you like! 

The large baubles are approximately 3.5x3.5 inches, the small baubles are approximately 2.5x.2.5 inches. They weigh under 45g (depending on glitter/confetti etc) and made out of plastic. The rope used to hang the bauble can be changed/replaced if you wish to do so, but you will receive the bauble with natural string. 

They are rather sturdy thick plastic, so if your animals are anything like mine and like to jump into the Christmas tree every once in a while, there should be no problem with breakages, although as they are built in two places they may split open but you just push them back together!

Once you have placed your order please send your photos over to contact@skittlesketch.co.uk with your order number or full name. Alternatively you can reply to your order confirmation email with your photos!

If your pet has any small markings or something I may miss when looking at photos please include a description of it so I can make sure to paint it.

Please make sure the photos are well lit and high quality for me to be able to see your pet clearly! I completely understand that sometimes you might not have the best photos of a pet that is no longer with us, so if you’re unsure if I can work with the photos you have you can send them over to my email or drop me a message on Instagram!

When your photos have been sent over for your order I will reply to the email as soon as I can (normally 2-3 days) just to confirm to you that I have the photos and I’m getting started!

You can make unlimited revisions to your pet portrait until it's printed and shipped.

Your pet portrait will be sent to your email to confirm you're happy with it before printing.

You have 10 working days to request any changes. If I don't hear back within 10 days, the portrait will be printed and shipped as it is and you can no longer make any changes.

When you order a digital pet portrait from Skittlesketch, you will receive a digital version of it through email. You can use this for personal purposes like phone wallpapers, prints, and so on.

However, if you intend to use it for merchandise, branding, or any other commercial use, please inform me beforehand, as I charge a small fee for that service.
