✏ How to Order & The Process:
- Place an order through here.
- please immediately send photos to my email contact@skittlesketch.co.uk along with your order number - send as many photos as you like! But please remember that the perfect photo for me to perfect your personal portrait is to be, well lit, high quality, and a good view of all of the face for me to gather as much detail as possible of your pet.
- Once you have sent the photos over to my email, I will reply to you as quickly as possible, ensuring you on the fine details and any further questions to make certain that your pet portrait will be perfect!
- - I will send you a photo of your pet portrait first to make sure you’re happy with it before it is sent off to be printed! Please reply quickly to confirm you're happy with your portrait, otherwise, this will cause a delay in getting your portrait printed and shipped to you.
Revisions & Approval
You can make unlimited revisions to your pet portrait until it's printed and shipped.
Your pet portrait will be sent to your email to confirm you're happy with it before printing.
You have 10 working days to request any changes. If I don't hear back within 10 days, the portrait will be printed and shipped as it is and you can no longer make any changes.
Digital Copy
When you order a digital pet portrait from Skittlesketch, you will receive a digital version of it through email. You can use this for personal purposes like phone wallpapers, prints, and so on.
However, if you intend to use it for merchandise, branding, or any other commercial use, please inform me beforehand, as I charge a small fee for that service.
