I make this keyring with clay, painted with acrylic paint, and then set with UV resin to make it glossy and super sturdy.

This listing is for an individual keyring. If you would like multiple please change the quantity to how many you would like, they can be different pets please just send the information that I ask for below!

✏ How to Order & The Process:

1. Place an order through here.
2. IMPORTANT - please immediately provide the information (questions below) either through the "contact" button on my website or drop an email to contact@skittlesketch.co.uk
- Photos - send as many as you like! But please remember that the perfect photo for me to perfect your personal portrait is to be close, well lit, and high quality. Some photo reference examples can be found in the photos listed.
- is it for someone special? Include stickers or a card of your wonderful fluffy friend, check out the rest of my shop!
- colour wanted for the background of keyring e.g pink, white, blue etc.
- Please select what you would also like on the back, if it's a date or name please provide it (and check the spelling!)
3. Once you have sent the correct information I will reply to you as quickly as possible, ensuring you on the fine details and any further questions to make certain that your pet magnet will be perfect!
4. I will update you throughout the process so you can keep along with the process of your pet magnet, this is one of the most exciting things!
5. Once we are both happy with the finished product it will be shipped to you!
6. The time to make a single magnet can be from 6-8 days depending on the amount of orders that I have at one time. If you need your order sent out within 2-3 days of ordering, please select that as an opinion as there is an extra fee. Please bear in mind that due to the current global pandemic, shipping times can vary and unfortunately this is out of my control, even though this product is tracked, please leave time for your order to arrive just incase.

Revisions & Approval
You can make unlimited revisions to your pet portrait until it's printed and shipped.

Your pet portrait will be sent to your email to confirm you're happy with it before printing.

You have 10 working days to request any changes. If I don't hear back within 10 days, the portrait will be printed and shipped as it is and you can no longer make any changes.
Digital Copy
When you order a digital pet portrait from Skittlesketch, you will receive a digital version of it through email. You can use this for personal purposes like phone wallpapers, prints, and so on.

However, if you intend to use it for merchandise, branding, or any other commercial use, please inform me beforehand, as I charge a small fee for that service.

Europe Shipping Times

These are estimated shipping times for the arrival of your order after it has been drawn and dispatched. Where do I send my pictures to?

If you have placed a custom order please send your pet pictures (or any other pictures needed for your order) to contact@skittlesketch.co.uk with your order number! Alternatively, you can reply to your confirmation email with your pictures!
Who is sending my order?

Some items are fulfilled by a third party and sent from countries outside of the UK (as we unfortunately don't have the printing facilities for certain items.) Depending In the description of each item at the top, it will tell you if is fulfilled by me or a third party. Anything that is fulfilled by a third party has free tracked shipping, so you will be able to see where your order is at all times once it has been shipped. But for a general idea, all t-shirts, mugs, jumpers, and other apparel are sent by Printful. other handmade items are sent by me!
When will my order be shipped? How long does it take to make?

You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped. Please take into account the time it takes to make your order before shipping is stated in the description of each item or at the top of each product page. Remember if you do not respond to confirm you are happy with your portrait this will delay printing and shipping your order - so watch your emails! Fulfilment times are available at the top of any of the product's pages, this is an estimated time it will take for your order to be drawn.
Will my order be shipped together if I order something fulfilled by Skittlesketch and your printing company?

unfortunately, they will arrive as two separate packages, one from me, and one from our printing company, so they may also arrive on different days! Although, all items that are sent from our printing centers have free tracked shipping included in the price, so you will be able to see where it is at all times.
My order is lost \ My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?"

If you order has been sent with Standard/Free delivery is can take up to 14 days (Uk) or 42 days (anywhere outside the UK) for your item to arrive. If you have purchased your order with standard shipping, this is with the knowledge that this order is not tracked nor insured by postal services. We are not liable for lost or damaged mail with standard shipping. For orders purchased with tracked shipping, if your order appears lost and has been 14 working days (Mon-Fri not including Holidays or weekends) please contact Skittlesketch through social media or email for us to open a case with Royal Mail to find out where your order has gone, in the meantime we will resend your order to you immediately! If your order is marked as delivered and you still have not received your order, this is unfortunately out of our hands and you will have to contact your local post office or police station if you believe your order has been stolen. If you have a police reference number for your stolen mail, we will be more than happy to help and send you a replacement! If you have a tracking number, please contact your local post office to see if they can update you. If not, just drop me a message or email and I will help you as much as I can!
My order has arrived damaged

If the buyer has purchased their order with standard shipping, this is with the knowledge that this order is not insured by postal services. We are not liable for damaged mail with standard shipping. For orders that have been purchased with Tracked Shipping, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to me within 3 days after you have recieved your order.
