Re-Buy Pet Portrait Greetings Card
This product is if you have already bought any pet portrait (face/half/full) in the past from Skittlesketch and would like a greetings card!
If you have not bought a pet portrait from Skittlesketch before and you would like some greeting cards of your pet you can find them here.
Spice up your greeting card game with a portrait of your very own pet on a card! Surprise your loved one by gifting them a special message from their paw-tner in crime, add any accessories too!
Product Infomation
Cards are printed on White Card (220gsm) The card is approx. 14.8x21cm (when closed)
An envelope will be provided for each card ordered. Please bear in mind envelopes vary in colour and style.Packaging
Your order will be sent to you enclosed in a biodegradable wallet, with a recycled board to make sure your cards aren’t bent during transport, along with a number of envelopes to match the number of cards you have ordered. To make it extra safe it is placed inside a hardback envelope.
Packaging will have the Skittlesketch logo on it.
Along with your order, you will receive a thank you note from me, a business card, and a couple of extra free stickers! If you would like the thank you card or free stickers removed please let me know and I will make a note on your order.
Orders being shipped outside the UK will have a customs form on the front, this does have the price of your order on it and a brief description of what is inside (no mention of pets-for example, ‘art print,’ ‘stickers’, ‘keychain’ etc.) This cannot be avoided or taken off for customs & tax reasons.
How to Order
To re-buy an item with a portrait you have previously bought, all you need is either your previous order number or your full name that you used for that order so I can find it!
You don’t need to email this to me, either put it in the custom box where asked, or in the comment box at checkout. If there are any issues I will contact you!
Some re-buy items include shipping as they are printed and shipped by a trusted third company, make sure to check the product information to find out!
Multiple Pets
When selecting the number of pets, this will be for the number of pets on your item.
If you would like separate items of each pet (example; a keychain of each pet rather than two pets on one keychain) change the quantity of the item to the number of items you would like.
Revisions & Approval
You can make unlimited revisions to your pet portrait until it's printed and shipped.
Your pet portrait will be sent to your email to confirm you're happy with it before printing.
You have 10 working days to request any changes. If I don't hear back within 10 days, the portrait will be printed and shipped as it is and you can no longer make any changes.
Digital Copy
When you order a digital pet portrait from Skittlesketch, you will receive a digital version of it through email. You can use this for personal purposes like phone wallpapers, prints, and so on.
However, if you intend to use it for merchandise, branding, or any other commercial use, please inform me beforehand, as I charge a small fee for that service.
