Once you have placed your order please send your photos over to contact@skittlesketch.co.uk with your order number or full name. Alternatively you can reply to your order confirmation email with your photos!

If your pet has any small markings or something I may miss when looking at photos please include a description of it so I can make sure to paint it.

Please make sure the photos are well lit and high quality for me to be able to see your pet clearly! I completely understand that sometimes you might not have the best photos of a pet that is no longer with us, so if you’re unsure if I can work with the photos you have you can send them over to my email or drop me a message on Instagram!

When your photos have been sent over for your order I will reply to the email as soon as I can (normally 2-3 days) just to confirm to you that I have the photos and I’m getting started!

This painting is made with gouache paint, meaning it is in no way waterproof and if it comes into contact with water it will run. To clean, just use a completely dry cloth to brush over it.

The painting comes with a wooden stand, and it painted on a canvas.

Your order will be sent to you enclosed in a biodegradable wallet, to ensure it doesn’t get damaged when it’s on the way to you! It will be placed inside a white postal box. It will also come with a small care card as a reminder not to get your painting wet.

Packaging will have the Skittlesketch logo on it.

Along with your order, you will receive a thank you note from me, a business card, and a couple of extra free stickers! If you would like the thank you card or free stickers removed please let me know and I will make a note on your order.

Orders being shipped outside the UK will have a customs form on the front, this does have the price of your order on it and a brief description of what is inside (no mention of pets-for example, ‘art print,’ ‘stickers’, ‘keychain’ etc.) This cannot be avoided or taken off for customs & tax reasons.

You can make unlimited revisions to your pet portrait until it's printed and shipped.

Your pet portrait will be sent to your email to confirm you're happy with it before printing.

You have 10 working days to request any changes. If I don't hear back within 10 days, the portrait will be printed and shipped as it is and you can no longer make any changes.

When you order a digital pet portrait from Skittlesketch, you will receive a digital version of it through email. You can use this for personal purposes like phone wallpapers, prints, and so on.

However, if you intend to use it for merchandise, branding, or any other commercial use, please inform me beforehand, as I charge a small fee for that service.
